Yahoo! Only one week and I'll finally actually be in Poland! I can't believe how quickly this has actually come. Seems like just yesterday I heard about the trip.
I had school again this morning. Everyone that is going on the trip was there this morning. (If you aren't going on the trip to get college credit, then you don't have to go to the class). There are 21 students, which is a big group compared to when I went to Italy in 2005, there were only 9 of us!
We spent time this morning talking about the travel piece... where are we going and what we should expect from being in the different country. A Polish expert from Framingham State University even came to talk to us and teach us some Polish! I found it very difficult and will have to ask Mrs. Wagner to help me out this week with some important words and phrases.
I have almost all my thing on my bedroom floor ready to go... hopefully I'll be able to fit it all in my large suitcase. I used to travel with to much stuff and way to many bags... now, the less, the better! My hope is to look like this...
One small suitcase and a small bag! That's all I brought to Italy for a week in 2009, and I even needed a dress to go to a wedding! But I'm not sure if I'll be able to do it... winter/warmer clothes take up more room than summer clothes!
I can't wait.... 5 days of school, then I'm off to POLAND!!
